At Custtom, you’ll find a young, close-knit and occasionally unconventional team of 45 people, each with their own talent and craftsmanship. We take our work seriously, but not always ourselves or each other. We work hard and laugh a lot. We continue to grow, develop and innovate, always searching for new creative forms, better techniques and more sustainable materials. Not because we have to, but because we’re curious. And because your memories deserve it.

The Story of Custtom

Custtom, made for you since 2004

In 2004, we started with a simple but, to us, ambitious idea: printing photos on canvas. Not just any photo, but memories that deserve a place in your home. At the time, printing on canvas was still something special, and e-commerce was in its early days. To us, it immediately felt right. A beautiful and meaningful photo doesn’t belong on a hard drive gathering dust. It belongs on the wall, where you can enjoy it every single day.

What began as an idea at the kitchen table slowly grew into something bigger than we could ever have imagined. Over the years, we’ve carefully and thoughtfully worked on our customers’ most treasured memories, with a love for craftsmanship, an eye for detail and the drive to make things just that little bit better every time. Always striving for perfection and for a product that will last a lifetime.

That belief is deeply rooted in everything we do. We want to be there for you at every stage of your life, from a simple poster in your first student room to an exclusive piece of art on the wall of your dream home. Memories grow with you, and so do we. This mindset has brought us to where we are today: more than twenty years later, with over five million canvas prints and other beautiful products hanging on walls across the UK and Europe.

At the beginning of 2024, we took the next step. Our name changed from HelloCanvas to Custtom. Not because we wanted to move away from where we came from, but because we’ve grown in our products, our possibilities and our ambitions. Custtom stands for customisation, for personal choice and for attention to detail. For something made especially for you and for no one else.

Today, we create far more than canvas prints alone. We work with a wide range of materials and shapes to craft beautiful wall décor, from elegant Frames to playful Shapes, from warm spruce wood to impressive HD Metal with exceptional colour depth and sharpness.
