Due to our expanding product range, the name HelloCanvas no longer represented all of our products. Custtom is our new name! With a fresh new logo and appearance, this marks the beginning of a new era full of exciting developments and beautiful products for your walls!
Why the name Custtom?
Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we chose a derivative of the word 'custom'. Made specifically for your wall! So, Custtom, made for your wall.
What else has changed?
Absolutely nothing! We remain who we are as you know us from HelloCanvas. Without you as a customer, we cannot exist and we recognize this every day. Service, speed, and quality are in our DNA and that will never change. If you call us, we answer. If you email us, we respond within hours and if something goes wrong, we always resolve it immediately. Previously under the name HelloCanvas and now under our new name Custtom!
Hi, I'm Marissa. I work in the customer service department at Custtom, formerly known as HelloCanvas!
We can understand that you may have questions about the name change. Never hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist you and answer all your questions!
The experience was super easy, the order arrived in just a few days and the pictures are really good and easy to place on the wall. I will buy more pictures for sure, I love the outcome!
Reliable company, pictures arrived quickly.
The photos turned out very beautiful.
It's not the first time I've ordered, and I was very happy with them.
The customer service was very good. Both via email and on the phone. Responsive and helpful. There was also very good follow-up by the customer service agent after our call.
Fantastic company! I’m super happy with the whole interaction. I ordered several of my own photos to be printed on canvases in various sizes. The prints all came out fantastic! Turnaround time was also very quick within a week. Well packaged and shipped. I would order from this company again!
I'm living the dream here at Custtom! I spend my days in full-on chill mode, go on lovely long walks during breaks, and my colleagues often toss me a ball. Not bad, right? Life's good! I like everyone, but I've got a special soft spot for customers like you. I reckon you and I could be mates. Fancy swapping email addresses so my humans can send you the odd newsletter?
Our emails are packed with brilliant offers, handy tips, exciting new stuff and now and then even a FREE product. I'll also keep you posted on my adventures as the company pup. Got a question or something on your mind? Let me know and I'll make sure my team gets back to you straight away. And if they don't… I'll give them a gentle nip on the ankle. Just a little one. 🥰👍🏻
Cheers, Tom! 🐾
